Update your name, email or payment details in Settings anytime. To permanently close your account, open a support ticket; we'll process your closure and return any balance to your registered payment method.

Terms & Conditions Frequently Asked

You must be of legal age where local law permits in your region. When you register, you confirm your age and that your identity details are true. If we later discover you do not meet local eligibility, we'll close your account and return any balance to your payment method.

No. All deposits via DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS or bank transfer must be in your own name. If we find a mismatch, we'll freeze the deposit and ask you to verify ownership. Using another person's payment method violates our terms and may result in account closure.

Withdrawals are verified within 24 hours during business days. Once approved, funds return to your original payment method — DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS or bank — usually within 1-2 business days. Check your account statement under Transactions for the exact timeline.

You can request to reopen your account through [email protected] within 30 days of closure. After 30 days, you'll need to create a new account with fresh credentials. Any unclaimed balance from your closed account is held for 90 days before we return it to your registered payment method.

We may update our terms to reflect changes in local law, payment systems or security. We'll notify you by email at least 14 days before changes take effect. If you disagree, you can close your account without penalty before the new terms go live.

Open a support ticket at [email protected] or use live chat in your lobby with details of the error. Include transaction IDs if the issue involves deposits or withdrawals. Our team investigates within 48 hours and replies with a resolution or next steps.

If you believe we've made an error or breached our terms, contact support with full details. We respond within 5 business days with an investigation summary. If unresolved, you can escalate to our complaints officer; the full dispute process is outlined in your account Settings under Policies.
